We want you to be delighted with your purchase. This policy explains how order cancellations, returns and refunds work at Shri Sai Ram Jewellers.
1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us at opsoni9339@gmail.com or +91 86962 48744 with your order number.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per the terms below.
- Made-to-order / customised / engraved items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
2. Returns
- Eligible products may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, certificates, invoice and original packaging intact.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., pierced earrings) and customised/engraved products are non-returnable, except in case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered.
- To initiate a return, contact our support team; we will arrange a reverse pick-up or guide you on returning the insured parcel.
3. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and passes quality inspection, your refund will be initiated.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method via our payment partner (Razorpay). Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days after approval, subject to your bank/card issuer.
- Any making charges or applicable deductions (if disclosed at the time of sale) may be adjusted for certain product categories.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.
5. Digital Gold & Silver
Digital gold purchases are linked to live market prices and are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed. You may instead sell back your digital gold or digital silver holdings at the prevailing buyback rate, subject to the terms of our vaulting partner and any statutory charges.
6. Buyback & Exchange
Jewellery purchased from Shri Sai Ram Jewellers is eligible for buyback and exchange as per our published rates at the time of buyback/exchange. Certificates and original invoice are required.
