These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and the purchase of products from Asha Devi Soni (Proprietorship), operating as “Shri Sai Ram Jewellers”. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use this website and make purchases.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. Making charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout.
• Gold prices are linked to prevailing market rates and may change without notice until an order is confirmed.
• Product images are representative. Slight variation in colour, weight or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery.
• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including for reasons of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and other authorised gateways supporting UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets. By making a payment you authorise us and our payment partner to charge the applicable amount. We are not liable for issues arising from the payment gateway or your bank.

5. Digital Gold & Silver

Digital metal lets you buy and accumulate metal by value, held securely on your behalf. Buy and sell prices are based on live rates at the time of the transaction and may include applicable taxes and spreads. SIPs invest automatically at the live rate each cycle. Accumulated metal can be redeemed for jewellery or coins as offered, or sold back to us at the prevailing buy-back rate, subject to KYC and these terms.

6. Hallmarking & Certification

Eligible gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked, with karat purity and hallmark details stated on the applicable product. Supporting documentation is provided where applicable.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the brand name, logo, designs, text and images — is the property of Shri Sai Ram Jewellers or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sikar, Rajasthan.
